I loved Nina’s full sister Vera Wang so much that I just had to repeat the Pegasus X Coco breeding, simply hoping for another goat that was as lovely and as easy to milk as Vera. I got all of that PLUS better production and an udder that is even prettier than her older sister. The udder picture was taken during Nina’s first milk test at 45 days fresh with 12 hours milk. She milked 3.4 pounds that day. Although she peaked higher than any of the other first fresheners in 2013, she ultimately didn’t maintain that level of production through her lactation, landing her in the middle when comparing complete lactations on the first fresheners that year.
Nina kidded with twin bucks in 2013 and 2014.
